After much ado, it appears that Veronza Bowers' radio interview with
Mark Thompson of Washington, D.C. will be on the air this Friday,
April 28th (2:30 PST and 5:30 EST).

We still haven't received "official" permission from the authorities
at the Coleman Federal Prison, but our lead attorney, Bryan Gaynor,
is planning to go ahead with the program anyway as if Freedom of
Speech still existed in America. Bryan will be on the air as well to
explain the status of Veronza's illegal incarceration after
completing a 30- year sentence only to have approval of his mandatory
parole reversed by the National Parole Commission under intense
pressure from the Bush administration.

Here is the info so you can listen in via the Internet:

Veronza's radio interview with Mark Thompson will be aired on "The
Power" at XM-169. XM radio also broadcasts over the Internet and
everyone is entitled to listen to the XM channel without charge for a
three day trial period. The following web page will get you to their
schedule and in the upper right hand corner you can go to the web
page for the free trial:

Mark Thompson is one of the nation's leading African American
organizers and activists. He has been affiliated with the Million Man
March, the Million Family March, the Umoja Party, National Citizens
Commission on African American Education, NAACP. Named by Regardie's
Magazine as one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Washington he has
been a talk radio host for 14 years.+

All the best,

Monty
