The 9th Circuit Cout of Appeals reversed the conviction of Briana Waters
on September 14th, 2010, based on their findings that her conviction was
improper because important rulings by the trial court deprived her of a
fair trial.

After serving 2 and a half years, she was released from prison today,
October 14, 2010, pending a re-trial.

She is ecstatic about being reunited with her daughter, Kalliope.
