[Ppnews] Indiana Supreme Court says state can continue seeking death penalty for Zolo Azania

Some bad news from Indiana concerning our comrade Zolo
Azania.
The Indiana Supreme Court, in a 3 to 2 decision,
overruled the lower court and held "that neither the
delay nor any prejudice that Azania may suffer from it
violates his constitutional rights. The State may
continue to seek the death penalty."
Zolo and his legal team from the People's Law Office
in Chicago fought very hard on this and had help from
many activists in Indiana and Illinois, the National
Conference of Black Lawyers, the National Lawyers
Guild, the Center for Constitutional Rights, and many
others. Of course the struggle is not over, but this
is certainly a defeat.
This would be a good time to send some love and light
to Zolo:
