Greetings All:

This very informative interview with Gordon Kaupp (attorney for 
Yogi), Nedzada Handukic, and Kiilu, conducted by Bato (Luis 
Talamantez) will be rebroadcast tonight on Terry Collins' program, 
"In the Spirit of Joe Rudolph" beginning at 10 p.m.

The Board hearing has been postponed from July 10 until sometime in 
August or October (?).  Gordon is still negotiating for an August 
date as he goes to trial in another case in October, the date 
proposed by the prison officials.  Gordon works with our beloved 
Dennis Cunningham, activist attorney and OG who worked on the Attica 
case, Judy Bari, etc., etc.

This gives you all enough time to get letters together and provide as 
much support as you possibly can.  Imagine!  42 years behind bars, 
most of em in solitary confinement, the last 16 in SHU at Pelican 
Bay, one of the worst (if not THE worst) supermax gulags in the 
country -- a windowless cell at least 23 hours a day!!!   This 
torture must be brought to an end.
