WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN!

AN EMERGENCY MOBILIZATION FOR

IMAM JAMIL ABDULLAH AL-AMIN

MONDAY, AUGUST 1, 2005

ATLANTA, GA.

This will be the final initiative spearheaded by The Peace And Justice
Foundation, before the organization suspends the direct-action advocacy
component of its work. Please mark your calendars and plan to join the
Foundation, and a coalition of other groups, for this very important
initiative. Imam Jamil is being kept in 23 hour lockdown, and has been
harassed and persecuted in other ways as well.

On March 13, 2002, the day after Imam Jamil was sentenced to 'LIFE without
the possibility of parole' for a crime he has consistently denied
committing, the Atlanta Journal Constitution published an editorial which
read it part: 'Al-Amin will die in prison, obscure and long forgotten.' The
time has come for US to show Imam Jamil has not been 'forgotten.'

The demonstration is expected to begin at 11AM at (or in the general
vicinity of) The Georgia State Office Building (aka, The Sloppy Floyd
Bldg.), located at 2 Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive, Atlanta, GA. 30344.
Sometime between 2:00-3PM the assembly will move to the West End Park (on
the West End of Atlanta) for a community rally and solidarity picnic.
