RCMP WAR ON NYM AND WARRIORZ OF THE WORLD

The Native Youth Movement (NYM) is Native Peoples Liberation Movement, 
fighting for our People, our Land, and our way of Life.The Native Youth 
Movement is in the midst of becoming a Grand Council of Young and Old 
(Veteran/Battle Tested) Warriorz alike. A Warriorz Society with the Young 
Warriorz serving as the Physical protectors, and the O.G.s (Original 
Guerrillas) as the Advisor Warriorz, giving direction through lessons, age 
old teachings, previous battles, and from the Spirits and our Ancestors, 
who have passed on this responsibility of defending our Indian way.

NYM is a Unity point for Young Warriorz from many organizations, Nations, 
and Societies throughout Turtle Island. We receive our direction from our 
true elders, those who left our instructions in the rocks, the stars, 
songs, War stories and way of life that we must insure continues forever. 
NYM is a part of the Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor, when all of our 
Nations will once again unite and Take Back our Land, and the Youth will 
once again be the majority of our populations, that time is now. This Unity 
and true power scares our enemy so much they will not stop until they feel 
we are no longer a threat to their evil and devilish crackah ways. NYM uses 
Education, Agitation, and Direct Action to achieve our goals, our goal is 
Freedom! We will not be stopped until Freedom is achieved.

RCMP

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMPig) is a police/military force who 
is unique in the world because they serve as an International. National, 
Federal, Provincial (equivalent to State), municipal (county), and city 
policing body. RCMPig officers are all over the world acting as trainers, 
oppressors and high ranking officials within “peace” keeping missions, and 
as the heads of new police forces in countries with widespread resistance.

First called the Northwest Mounted Force the RCMP’s first military mission 
was as Indian killer’s inspired by and many were veterans of the Indian 
wars, they hunted down Big Bear a Cree Warrior and his people from Duck 
Lake, to Fort Hill to Cut Knife Hill in 1885. In1899 they were deployed to 
South Africa from 1899-1902 to fight Zulu Warriorz defending their homeland 
from evil, white invaders. As well as the first and second world wars. 
Today their mission continues to be Indian Killers and World-wide 
Terrorist. Deployed in cities, towns, and Reserves (Reservations) though 
out Klanada, and countries all over the world. RCMP models itself after the 
Royal Irish constabulary and US mounted rifle units. They currently use 
Counter Intelligence Program (COINTELPRO) tactics learned from their 
allies, the FBI and CIA to oppress Native People.

Since 1988 the RCMP has been deployed (publicly) to over 25 countries 
including: Namibia, former Yugoslavia, Haiti, South Africa, Rwanda, 
Guatemala, Croatia, Western Sahara, Central Africa Republic, the Hague 
Netherlands, Kosovo, Dominican Republic, Serbia and Macedonia, Jordan, and 
are currently deployed in Haiti, East Timor, the Ivory Coast, 
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Northern Ireland,
Turkey, Senegal, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Venezuela, as well as Jordan where 
they have been since Jan. 9th 2004 training Iraqi Police. 32,000 Iraqi 
Police are scheduled to get trained in a two year period. They declare 
themselves the trainers of the trainers, and run a program called the 
Canadian Regional Training Support Program (CRISP), in the Balkans, as well 
as the Canadian Policing College (CPC), and the Caribbean and South 
American Police Assistance Program. As well as the West African Organised 
Crime Section'. All over the world in 'de-stabilized’ areas, RCMPig’s are 
acting as police chiefs for new policing systems, and “assisting” police 
reform, and training the locals how to oppress their own, while taking 
their position as their bosses. RCMPigs are currently police commissioner, 
and chair of staff of the United Nations Police.

Indian Wars- RCMP vs. NYM *

Wars for Survival are happening all over the world, and the RCMP are 
determined as ever to make sure Natives don’t Uprise and take Back what is 
rightfully Ours. They see the Native Youth Movement as a threat because 
they know it is the Youth who carry the fire and the Pride of the People, 
and when determined for a common goal cannot be stopped. They attempt to 
counter the Warrior Spirit, and the resurgence of our Populations with 
COINTELPRO tactics of Intimidation, false charges, fake mail, e-mails, 
telephone and video messages monitoring and surveillance, intimidation, 
lies and rumours, gossip and internal breakdown and break-up, 
bad-jacketing, brutality, pay-offs, imprisonment and assassinations. These 
are man-made tactics they have created to defeat our Warriors, and 
neutralize and discredit our Movements.

In 2001 there were over 70 arrests of NYM members, and NYM advisors from 
the Secwepemc Nation. The Secwepemc Traditional People re-occupied their 
traditional Lands in a place called SkweLkwekwelt, in the central of 
so-called “british columbia, klanada”. The Young People organized 
themselves into the Secwepemc Chapter of the Native Youth Movement, united 
to stand and Defend their Land for Future Generations. NYM Warriors 
converged to Secwpemculecw in order to try to save what are some of the 
last refugee areas on Turtle Island from greedy crackah development.

Right from the beginning of the actions against Sun peaks ski resort at 
Skwelkwekwelt the head of Kamloops Major Crimes Cam Forges of the RCMP was 
the main negotiating piglet. Throughout the summer there were numerous 
arrests, and raids, in the mountains. Police Brutality, intimidation, 
harassment, and surveillance were to being kicked into full gear. ERT 
(Emergency Response Teams) were training in the same area, just waiting to 
create an atmosphere where an eventual assault could occur. FBI agents 
seemed to be “just camping” on many occasions. A raid on another Reposed 
piece of Land, standing in way of a 550 million dollar ski resort in 
Sutikalh, Stat’imc Territory was conducted by 45 ERT members with M16’s and 
many more regular pigz to arrest 6 people, including NYM warriorz. Warriorz 
responded with roadblocks, and more determination not to be kicked off the 
mountains in which they where defending. Elders were arrested and 
manhandled by RCMPigs. Confrontation became more frequent, and many Youth 
did not see any reason to go to the white mans court, they had done nothing 
wrong, and the white man is not anyone to judge us anyway. RCMP conducted 
massive operations to “hunt down wanted Native Youth”, with helicopters and 
dogs for such petty charges as Obstruction, and Intimidation. NYM began 
construction on a cord wood house to show Natives were there to stay. In 
November 2001 RCMPigs came to the camp and assaulted several NYMers, 
including Secwepemc NYM Spokesperson Kanahus Pelkey (slave name: Amanda 
Soper) who evaded arrest after being assaulted by piglet Chis Gobell.

On Dec 10th the RCMP bull dowsed down the cordwood house that NYMers had 
built in the snow, just two days after being completed. They tore down the 
men’s and women’s sweat lodges and groomed the area for new cross country 
skiing trails.

Much support came out of this repression, and the RCMP began to 
‘investigate’ many NYMers and other Traditional People. An investigation is 
just a nice way to say that covert operations are being conducted against 
you and your group and they are using various methods of oppression, 
intimidation, and surveillance to get whatever information they need to 
lock you away. Throughout 2002 Secwepemc and Stat’imc People and NYM 
continued to occupy their lands, and many more NYM chapters sparked up 
throughout Turtle Island.

One of these places was Nuxalk Territory, “Bella Coola,” on the central 
coast of ‘b.c. where the Nuxalk people have been fighting against 
development and white invasion since they first came. Nuxalk NYM 
participated in Road blocking a truck trying to bring farmed genetically 
modified salmon to Vancouver, as well as protests in Ocean falls against a 
fish hatchery, hatching fish farmed salmon, which are decimating the wild 
salmon stocks, and destroying people’s way of life.

On Feb.21st 2003 RCMP conducted a massive man-hunt in Bella Coola for 4 
NYMers and an NYM baby. RCMPigs were called in from divisions as far as 13 
hours away, Prince George, and Williams Lake, Kamloops, among other smaller 
detachments. They were searching for a 16 year-old Young women, a 
22-year-old, 26 year-old NYM spokesperson Kanahus Pelkey, her 21 year-old 
husband, and their 4 month old baby. The 4 had fled a little redneck 
hospital after the 16 year-olds 7 week-old baby passed over to the Spirit 
World, and the evil, devilish doctors attempted to take the baby for an 
autopsy, and use in their Guinea pig experiments. The Warriorz would not 
let their baby into their hands, and fled to the mountains for the proper 
burial ceremony. The 22-year-old. women was arrested, right away while 
going to get supplies The rest were eventually caught and arrested, an hour 
away by a Anaheim Lake, RCMPiglets.

Kanahus Pelkey spent 2 ½ months in provincial jail because of fighting for 
her land at Sun peaks, and was released on 10,000 dollar bail awaiting 
Bella Coola trial for charges related to leaving the hospital with the 
baby. While in jail, Prince George RCMP visited her, and her husband on 
several occasions to threaten and intimidate them, saying they were under 
investigation for murder of the 7 week-old. They wrote letters to the 
family stating that all phone conversations, e-mails, faxes and other means 
of communication would intercepted and constantly monitored, by RCMPigs, 
because of their “murder investigation”.

In April 2003 ERT pigz armed with MP5’s, and M16’s executed coordinated 
raids on 3 homes and a business on the Neskonlith Reserve, as well as a 
home in Bella Coola and a Women’s Transition house. Supposedly there 
looking for evidence for their murder investigation, they took 11 
computers, all written information, as well as contacts and address books. 
In Neskonlith they burst down the door screaming “we’re looking for guns” 
and producing blank warrants, coming back an hour and a half after the 
raids with new warrants with a list of all the things they had already 
taken, and nothing concerning the baby or their supposed murder 
investigation. In Bella Coola the pigz got an “anonymous” tip about an NYM 
Warrior visiting from the Snakes (states), he was arrested and held and 
eventually deported. Involved in this raid and the continuing 
investigations of NYM members is INSET (Integrated National Security 
Enforcement Team), an anti-terrorist department, set up after 9/11. INSET 
replaced NCIS (National Criminal Intelligence Service), and has officers 
from the AEU (Aboriginal Extremist Unit) all working together to 
Investigate and disrupt/frame-up all forms of Resistance.

In June 2004 a 20 year-old NYMer from Taos Pueblo New Mexico was arrested 
for “wearing camouflage clothing and having long hair”; according to the 
pigz who said he fit the description of another NYMer who lives in 
California. Sergeant Utzin who is the head of RCMP Internal Affairs, and 
shown files w/everybody who had been involved in the struggle for the land 
up here, including surveillance photos of little babies and little kids, 
each with their individual files. Sergeant Utzin interrogated the Young 
Warrior about what he was doing up here with NYM and telling him and 
calling his mother saying “
don’t you know NYM is involved in Terrorist 
activities
” The Taos Warrior was given to immigration who then released 
him saying there was too much “police harassment involved”.  He stated that 
NYMers were under investigation for illegal smuggling of humans over the 
boarder, a fake line drawn by our Colonists in an effort to separate and 
dis-unify our People.

In November of 2004 Ancestral remains of Secwepmec People were dug up by CP 
Railway, during an expansion of their railway track. The Secwpemculecw 
Traditional Government announced that the remains must be put back in their 
rightful place, and a ceremony was held, and the remains returned to their 
rightful resting place. NYM warriors stayed at the burial site with a 
sacred fire awaiting the return of the other remains. All of a sudden 3 
plainclothes Pigz who did not identify themselves show up at the burial 
grounds, and then went to two more locations before going to a house on the 
reserve supposedly there to serve a warrant, that they did not have, on 
somebody who wasn’t even there. They stated they were there to execute the 
arrest of the now 18 year-old women whose baby passed away in the Bella 
Coola hospital 1 year and half earlier. Her charges had long been dropped 
because of their fear the truth would come out about their malpractice in 
the hospital. There were two pigz from Major Crimes Prince George, Rob 
Graves who has been one of the main Pigz involved since the arrest at Bella 
Coola; they were accompanied by Constable Andrew Burton, who participated 
in the arrest and raids in Bella Coola. Most RCMPigs are transferred after 
two year tenure in a one location. Andrew Burton was transferred to a 
Merritt, b.c., with Chris Gobel, who assaulted Kanahus Pelkey, and the 
reason why she was stripped away from her 4 month old baby, as well as 
Monty “Batty Boy” Robinson, formerly a Native before putting on the uniform 
of the enemy.

The lawyer of the women who they were there to apprehend, contacted Crown 
Prosecution and asked if  charged had been laid, and the prosecution stated 
that the RCMP had tried to convince several crown prosecutors to pick up 
the case an try the Young Warrior with Homicide or Manslaughter, and the 
prosecutors would “not touch that case”.

The same Prince George RCMPig called the Grandmother of the deceased baby 
and said that her son had warrants in B.C., and was under investigation for 
homicide. The baby’s father was 13 hours away when his baby fell ill, and 
started hitchhiking to get to his son; he did not make it there.

This case is still currently going to trial April 6th, 7th, and 8th. We 
need the people to make it known that they will not allow this generation 
to have another Leonard Peltier. They are going to continue to lay false 
charges, and threaten with more jail time if the people let these things go 
on. Let’s inform the world of the Truth about these evil invaders and their 
continued genocide on our People, and Mother Earth. Do not fall into the 
COINTELPRO tactics of Repression/Oppression. They count on isolation. The 
first ones killed in jail are those who do not receive any mail. Put out 
public statements condemning the RCMP and supporting NYM, let them be made 
fully aware that the world is watching, and we will not sit back and watch 
His-Story repeat itself.

The Time is now

We must realize that our Oppressor’s job on this earth is to exterminate 
us, and our job must be to not only survive, but to thrive and once again 
be Free Red People. The Enemy knows what works to keep us in a continual 
cycle death; we must educate ourselves, and our People on their COINTELPRO 
tactics and how to defeat them. One thing we can do is not let the white 
man play head games with us, and cut them completely out of our Movements.

Only take Face-to-Face communication as the truth, everything else is 
questionable and should not be believed or acted upon before Face-to-Face 
contact is established, and messages/rumours confirmed by those who have 
been mentioned or those in question The last generation acted to much on 
emotion and false egotistical pride, and it got many people killed and 
locked down, and eventually let to the dismantling of the Resistance and 
Organization of their day.

When we see things happing in the same pattern and we can calculate the 
enemy’s next move, we must act and not let history repeat itself. You must 
not sit back and just watch while this Generations Warriors are hauled off 
to the white mans concentration camps, Assaulted and Assassinated We must 
unite in our Fight for Life. The Wrath of  Mother Earth is coming we must 
all join her side for the Fight.

As one NYM Warrior Stated: “Let’s be Smart, Stay Organized, Do not let 
Petty differences separate us. Remember the Big Picture. This is all Indian 
Land, and we must work together if we want that to be reality once again. 
Mother Earth will have no pity on us it we don’t deserve it. Let’s show her 
and the Spirits our commitment to Life so that our Future Generations may 
Live Once Again! Educate! Unite! Organize! Fight for Life! We will not Stop 
until we Win! RIX RAKAN! (Red Power). Free Leonard Peltier!”

Repression about all of NYM members or groups, or the Indian Movement on 
the whole; on the contrary it is only a microcosm of our Struggle. This 
writing is focussed on information that up to this point has been kept on 
the hush, by the authorities and by those involved, but we feel it is our 
obligation to make sure our People are not isolated when targeted by the 
Invader and such COINTELPRO Oppression. There is much, much more to know
